    This role is a full time, at-will, exempt position.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with internal and external departments to accuratelyrespond to inquiries and ensure high customer satisfaction andretention{=html}
    • Administer our regulatory compliance system by overseeing oursupply chain program supplier verification program and managingkey certification standards for the organization{=html}
    • Plan, prepare for, and assist with customer, vendor,thirdparty, and internal audits{=html}
    • Participate in or lead compliance and risk reviews for new andexisting products and processes{=html}
    • Participate in Food Safety, Food Fraud and Defense, and othercommittees, meetings, initiatives, programs, and projects{=html}
    • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of fruit and vegetablemanufacturing, processing, packing, and distribution standards,policies, and procedures{=html}
    • Maintain thorough understanding of food safety regulation,including hazard analysis and riskbased preventive controls andapplicable certifications (e.g., FSMA, Juice HACCP, Acidifiedand LACF, GFSI, SQF, FSC22000, organic, sustainability, Kosher,Halal){=html}
    • Ensure that our food safety and regulatory programs andpractices remain uptodate and in step with changingcertification and government regulation requirements{=html}
    • Other duties as assigned.

    RequirementsQualifications and Core Competencies:

    • Three years of experience in food regulatory compliance or foodsafety;{=html}
    • B.S. or equivalent degree in an applicable discipline orequivalent industry experience{=html}
    • Strong ability to understand, interpret, and apply food safetyprinciples, certification program structure and requirements,and governmental regulations{=html}
    • Exemplary analytical, research, critical reasoning, andproblemsolving abilities{=html}
    • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment to makeappropriate determinations and recommendations to management{=html}
    • Able to initiate tasks and projects without external input,while understanding the goals, needs, and expectations of theorganization{=html}
    • Solid planning, time management, and project management skills,with ability to multitask in a fastpaced, team environment toreliably deliver timely and accurate results{=html}
    • Strong technical writing, verbal communication, and relationshipmanagement skills{=html}
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn newbusiness systems, software, and platforms; experience withcompliance management portals a plus (FoodLogiQ, Tracegains, etc.)

    Physical Requirements:
    Continuously requires prolonged periods of using computer keyboard.
    Consistently requires seeing, hearing, and talkingAble to work on-site in an office environment and infrequently in afood manufacturing environment, including low temperature coldstorage warehouse facility#J-18808-Ljbffr
