- 4 administrative staff and 5 warehouse/driver personnel
- Shipments and verifying via review of PO and inventory management system.
- Entering received goods into the inventory management system and loading goods in the proper storage locations.
- Pick orders generated from inventory management system, updating the inventory system and prepping and packaging cargo for shipment dedicated, point-to-point, logistics movement for customers, including but not limited to, ordering trucking, rail, and shipping space on containers.
- Interacting with drayage companies for the movement of shipments and oversight of inventory software and physical assets.
- and assembling shipments, including palletizing and shrink-wrapping, to meet required deadlines.
- Inaccurate/missing vendor paperwork to facilitate the receiving process and resolve vendor relation issues and accepting of lifting physical loads as required moving boxes to organize orders and palletize clients for services rendered
- That all US Customs protocols are adhered to and adapts safety practices in the warehouse regularly with TSA administration and staff to review security processes and procedures warehouse storage space as well as maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned warehouse space projects as assigned

Warehouse Terminal Manager
Overview:
The Warehouse Terminal Manager is responsible for all logistics and warehousing functions for the company's Houston warehouse location. The function encompasses logistics, receiving, consolidation, shipping, supervising and developing staff, inventory management and supply chain management.
Additionally, the position is the administrator of company's proprietary inventory software utilized for inventory management at the Houston warehouse location and for company's clients to track their assets and inventory stock levels in all warehouse locations.
Key Responsibilities
The Ideal Candidate
5-10 years of experience in the marine industry or related services that may include. air freight, ocean freight, trucking, customs clearance, and international forwarding procedures.
Experienced with Microsoft Suite of products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience working well under pressure and tight deadlines; able to pivot when circumstances change, recover from setbacks and rise to new challenges.
