- Lead and manage all aspects of a large scale multi-family project from inception to completion.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges.
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the project team.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-family construction projects, with experience delivering projects of over 150 units.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
