We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join one of the largest and most respected multi-family builders in the USA Our client are renowned for delivering exceptional residential communities, setting the benchmark for quality, innovation, and sustainability in the industry. With a rich legacy and a commitment to excellence, they're seeking a talented Project Manager to lead a large multi-family project.

As the Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of our multi-family construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. You'll have the opportunity to work on dynamic projects with over 150 units, contributing your expertise and leadership to drive excellence and deliver outstanding results.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of a large scale multi-family project from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction challenges.
• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement within the project team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-family construction projects, with experience delivering projects of over 150 units.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and mitigate risks.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
