    We're seeking an experienced operator to own and grow relationships with our largest enterprise customers.
    This role sits at the intersection of client leadership and marketplace execution. You will serve as the face of Traba to senior operators at leading light industrial companies, while coordinating cross-functional teams internally to ensure operational excellence and long-term partnership growth.
    What You'll Do:

    • Own Enterprise Relationships: Build trusted relationships with senior operations leaders across our largest customers. Lead business reviews, performance discussions, and strategic planning conversations to expand our largest customer accounts.
    • Be a Consultative Expert: Travel to clients, immerse yourself in their operations, and become a trusted advisor in areas like staffing, logistics, supply chain, and distribution.
    • Lead Operational Excellence: Master Traba's daily operations and drive excellence by optimizing processes that keep our marketplace running smoothly.
    • Act as the Internal Quarterback: Partner closely with Worker Operations, Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution. Align incentives, manage trade-offs, and advocate for your customers internally.
    • Product Adoption: Drive product adoption amongst our clients by becoming an expert on their needs and processes so you can offer mutually beneficial solutions to any challenges.
    • Drive Growth & Retention: Identify expansion opportunities, improve product adoption, and deepen long-term partnerships.
    What You'll Need:
    • Bachelor's degree in commerce, business, finance, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    • 5-8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic partnerships, or post-sale leadership roles
    • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders
    • A methodical, process-driven mentality that is focused on both accuracy and efficiency.
    • An eagerness to roll up your sleeves and get into the details of processes.
    • High EQ and a resilient mentality that allows you to quickly overcome challenges and setbacks.
    • Exceptional communication skills and an ability to thrive in fast-paced environments under pressure.
    • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.

    • Experience at high-growth B2B tech companies (Flexport, Uber, DoorDash, Toast, etc.)
    • Background in logistics, supply chain, or industrial environments
    • Experience running executive QBRs
    • Familiarity with data tools (SQL, Retool, dashboards)

    Salary Range Details:
    The total compensation (cash + equity) range for this role is $140,000 - $160,000, based on market data and the scope of responsibilities. For exceptionally qualified candidates, we're open to adjusting compensation accordingly. We offer a highly competitive equity package designed to ensure you share meaningfully in the long-term success and upside of the business.
    The position is based onsite in New York City, five days per week, giving you the opportunity to collaborate closely with a high-performing team in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Being in person supports real-time decision-making, stronger teamwork, and the kind of creative problem-solving that drives meaningful impact.
