Your Responsibilities

  • As a reliable and conscientious employee, you will carry out risk management processes and contribute to the development of the Risk Management System at Mad River
  • You will keep an eye on relevant developments and derive measures for the Mad River Group from regularly and occasion-based risk analyses
  • You will provide conscientious advice to our departments in their daily work and support cross-departmental projects
  • You will play an important role in shaping and continuously improving the Internal Control System, Business Continuity Management, Crisis Management, and Corporate Security

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in economics or law or a comparable qualification
  • Relevant professional experience, preferably from a business enterprise, consulting, auditing firm, or law firm
  • Knowledge of relevant standards and procedures, e.g. ISO / 31000 / 31010 / 37001, IDW PS, COSO ERM
  • Additional training and certifications are advantageous (e.g. CFE, CRMA, CIA, CISA or similar)
  • Independent, structured, and team-oriented work style, strong self and time management skills, and the ability to present complex issues concisely
  • Willingness to familiarize yourself with new topics
  • Advanced knowledge of MS
