    Job Overview:
    This role involves analyzing and resolving complex business and technical challenges to enhance operational efficiency. The Business Operations Analyst will provide valuable insights to management, improve business processes, and drive data-driven decision-making.

    Please note this position is not remote.



    Responsibilities:

    • Extract and analyze business data to support operational enhancements and strategies.
    • Implement solutions to achieve short and long-term business goals.
    • Create advanced financial models and forecasts.
    • Present high-level analyses to senior management.
    • Develop methods to measure business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
    • Document business processes and systems thoroughly.
    • Lead special projects or teams when required.



    Qualifications:

    Candidate Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree with significant analytical experience or Master's degree with analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Business Intelligence tools like SAS, Tableau, and more.
    • Strong background in statistical analysis and data visualization.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
    • Advanced skills in MS Office and statistical applications.

    Desired Qualifications


    • Master's Degree in business or related field.
    • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
    • Experience in process improvement methodologies.
    • Outstanding communication skills.
