    At Telebeez Pro, We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry Customer Service representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems.

    Job Title: Data Entry Customer Service

    Pay Range:     $ $47.000 hourly

    Full time job


    Job Summary:     This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask effectively. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are also essential for success in this role.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Enter customer data into the company system accurately and efficiently
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services in order to effectively address customer inquiries
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and consistency of customer data
    • Assist with data analysis and reporting as needed


    Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Proven experience in data entry and customer service roles
    • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
    • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
    • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks
