    Compensation:

    $107,000 - $220,000+

    Responsibilities:
    • Conduct in-depth client consultations to gain insights into their real estate objectives, preferences, and needs.
    • Evaluate and understand client's financial capacities, time constraints, and requirements to customize property suggestions and strategies accordingly.
    • Devise and execute strategic marketing campaigns for listed properties, incorporating a blend of traditional and digital platforms.
    • Craft engaging property listings, featuring high-resolution images and comprehensive descriptions, to attract potential buyers effectively.
    • Organize and manage open houses and virtual tours to exhibit properties and stimulate interest among potential buyers.
    • Negotiate purchase contracts to secure favorable terms and conditions for clients.
    • Assist clients throughout the real estate transaction process, from offer acceptance to closing, ensuring a seamless experience and addressing any concerns promptly.
    • Collaborate with industry professionals like inspectors, appraisers, and mortgage brokers to facilitate a smooth transaction process.
    • Stay updated on local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive dynamics.
    • Conduct comparative market analyses (CMAs) to provide clients with precise and current information to support their decision-making.
    • Offer pricing advice based on market conditions and property evaluations to aid clients in formulating effective pricing strategies.
