    A local insurance agency is looking for new REMOTE team members Our office is dedicated to helping our neighbors though insurance. We are looking for customer minded but sales focused individuals to come on board and work with us and build a better community.

    OUR REMOTE SALES REPRESENTATIVE ROLES:
    • $40,000 Base Pay plus commission/bonuses, earning between $72,000 - $120,000/yr with total compensation
    • Paid time off (vacation and personal/sick days)
    • Monday - Friday Daytime Hours, no late nights or weekends required
    • Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within the agency

    Responsibilities


    Establish strong customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
    Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
    Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

    Requirements


    Have reliable internet connection and a quiet place to work
    Have a current Property and Casualty sales License Required
    2+ years of active insurance sales experience preferred
    1+ years of Allstate insurance sales experience - preferred
    Bilingual Spanish and English speakers strongly encouraged to apply
    Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs
    Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
    People-oriented
    Detail oriented
    Proactive in problem solving
    Excellent computer skills
    Ability to work in a team environment
