- Communicate project milestones, progress updates, and any deviations from the original plan to stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance and Safety:
- Implement quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets or exceeds industry standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to project teams, including onsite supervisors and subcontractors.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial drywall industry.
