Description

We are currently seeking a Construction Specialist, Bricklayer, and High Construction Specialist as a Foreman for Special Construction (m/f/d) for DB Bahnbau Gruppe GmbH at our location in Hamm.

You will be working on various construction sites in North Rhine-Westphalia.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical guidance and leadership to a team of approximately 3 employees
  • Renovating all concrete structures around the railway, such as tunnels, bridges, underpasses, mast foundations, and platforms
  • Planning the construction process in accordance with guidelines and economic considerations
  • Instructing employees on the technical implementation of construction measures
  • Planning work processes on the construction site in consultation with other trades
  • Adhering to agreed construction and production deadlines, as well as preparing billing documents and construction reports

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training (bricklayer, concrete worker, construction specialist, or civil engineering specialist) or several years of practical work experience
  • Ideally, you already have experience as a foreman
  • Extensive professional experience, technical knowledge, and skills in the construction industry
  • Teamwork and ability to work under pressure
  • Flexibility and mobility (driver's license class B)
  • Willingness to work on various construction sites (in the NRW region)
