- 5-7 years of accounting experience in Non-Profit private/public sector.
- Professional certification(s) preferred.
- Experience with accounting principles, Fund Accounting, and Federal awards.
- Experience with Grant agreements and contracts.
- Donor Database Experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
- Basic business skills and office technology knowledge.
- Knowledge of firm products and services.

Job Description
The Client Accounting Controller position is responsible for managing the ongoing financial reporting operations of the firm on behalf of each CAAS client. This includes the review of financial reports, budget preparation, KPI and other management reports, and a set of controls to mitigate risk and enhance accuracy. The Client Accounting Controller also acts as the main contact between the client and professional service providers.
Roles and Responsibilities:Typical office hours from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. Some overtime and weekends may be required.
