    Paylocity is currently seeking an Associate Identity and Access Management (IAM) Security Engineer to join our rapidly growing Information Security organization.

    The Associate IAM Security Engineer will support our development team, with a heavy focus on SailPoint IIQ. This includes initiatives like onboarding, identity lifecycle management/governance, and privileged access management.

    They will join an existing team of engineers and architects as we continue to expand the usage of IAM throughout the organization.

    During the first three months, you will:
    Fully understand the IAM Platforms, including infrastructure, architecture, and code base
    Embrace and utilize the Agile SDLC methodology of the company and information security
    Understand our code repository framework and methodology
    Become familiar with the change management processes and other ITIL foundations of the company (ticketing system, etc.)
    Gain understanding over a suite of modern security products that are tasked with identity lifecycle management, user access reviews, and privileged access management
    Work with our IAM Architects & Engineers to develop tactical short-term goals, including KPI's
    Support our efforts to build a world-class IAM program - includes SLA's, RTO's, performance testing to enhance user experience for the IAM tools
    Provide input into weekly and monthly status updates from various Program Management colleagues

    Who you are:
    Proficient in IAM solutions like SailPoint IIQ - understands how the logic, workflows, and automation work inside the product
    Able to follow data and find solutions to potentially complex issues
    Enthusiasm for troubleshooting, determining root cause, and providing mitigating controls to reduce future risk
    Able to work in a cross-functional group, using influence to achieve outcomes
    Creative thinker with the ability to help support an IAM program, being mindful of the end-user experience as its focus
    Desire to embrace learning of new technologies
    Driven to achieve and willing to change your mind to support improved customer outcomes
    Determined and willing to experiment, embracing constant feedback loops

    In the last 6 months you would have:
    Development within the SailPoint IIQ platform at a similar-sized organization, including Workflows, configurations and custom code to support use cases and requirements
    Supporting and configuring IIQ application connectors, workflows, and role framework
    Performed change management to initiate all changes in the Production environment
    Collaborated with other areas of information security to ensure that security requirements are met
    Provided executive leadership team with timely updates to ensure awareness of security risks
    Solved complex identity problems and offered recommendations to drive change and deliver results
    Worked collaboratively with Production support teams in your organization to apply best practices across the organization

    Required Experience:
    At least 2-3 years of experience in an IAM support role
    At least 2-3 years' experience with Sailpoint IIQ in a support and/or engineer function
    Bachelor's degree with a preference for computer science, information security, management information systems, or equivalent work experience
    Good communication skills (written and verbal)
    Experience using API and Oauth/Oauth2
    Ability to understand and utilize Directory Services as both a connected App and internal configuration of the IAM platforms
    Ability to work in an Agile SDLC methodology

    The pay range for this position is $74,020 - $91,147/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
