    About Alchemy Worx

    Alchemy Worx is an audience management agency specializing in email and SMS marketing. The agency offers businesses advanced marketing services, utilizing time-tested methods, and procedures to secure a higher customer retention rate.

    Over the last two years, our company has grown quickly in all directions. We're looking for someone who would like to grow along with us. Develop your skills, learn new ones, and watch the company mature.

    This will be an hourly role at $15/hr, with an option for hybrid or remote.

    What You'll Do

    • Help develop an AI/ML tool that predicts the performance of marketing campaigns
    • Work in close collaboration with a team of analysts and strategists
    • Ideate and create proof of concept implementations of AI/ML tools related to marketing analytics

    Requirements

    • Pursuing a college degree in Computer Science, or STEM with a strong programming component
    • Experience setting up AI/ML solutions
    • Experience with Python
    • Analytical Thinker
    • Quick learner
    • Extremely Organized
    • Able to work 40 hours/week
