    • Assist with process documentation and improvement
    • Document personas and map distribution lists and groups
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills

    We're looking for someone who has:

    EisnerAmper is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Analyst Intern to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of computer systems, process, and data analysis, as well as a passion for technology and a desire to learn. This role will work closely with our Global Service Desk team leaders and support various IT projects and initiatives. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements.

    We are currently looking for summer internship professionals to join us for Summer 2024. This is a full-time internship with a start date in June.

    Basic Qualifications:
    • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
    Preferred/Desired Qualifications:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong academic track record (Minimum GPA: 3.0)
