    Pave Talent is collaborating with a distinguished non-profit organization committed to supporting San Diego County's justice-involved and at-risk youth and their families. We are actively seeking skilled Mental Health Clinicians with experience in substance use disorders and chemical dependency. This unique opportunity allows you to be part of a program that delivers comprehensive therapy, case management, and psychiatric services. Join us in making a significant impact on the lives of those we serve. This role permits a hybrid work schedule, offering the flexibility of remote work for two days a week.

    About the Role

    In this critical position, you will be an integral member of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include conducting behavioral health assessments, creating and executing individualized treatment plans, and facilitating individual, family, and group counseling sessions. You will collaborate closely with various professionals to deliver holistic care, manage crises, and provide consultation and education. This position also involves participating in rotating after-hours and on-call coverage to ensure continuous support for our clients.

    Qualifications

    • Master's Degree in counseling, social work, or a closely related field.
    • Registration with the BBS as an AMFT, ACSW, APCC.
    • Demonstrated experience working with individuals affected by substance use disorders and chemical dependency.
    • Ability to make informed clinical decisions and apply sound clinical judgment.
    • Must have reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and registration for travel to clients' homes, community locations, clinic sites, and delivering services via Zoom.
