Pave Talent, in collaboration with a distinguished non-profit organization, seeks a passionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist II.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct comprehensive assessments and strength-based therapy for individuals and families, focusing on substance use disorders.
    • Facilitate substance use disorder (SUD) educational and psychoeducational groups, covering topics from wellness to coping strategies.
    • Collaborate with community services to ensure a coordinated care approach, supporting youth and families in achieving their recovery goals.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Educational Background: Licensed LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or registered AMFT/ASW/PCC.
    • Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in substance abuse services, with proficiency in evidence-based treatment modalities preferred.
    • Personal Attributes: Demonstrates creativity, honesty, and a collaborative spirit. Bilingual English/Spanish capabilities are a plus.
