    Silver Lake Psychology is a group private practice providing psychotherapy to a diverse range of teens and high-functioning adults; and we actively seek-out and hire therapists from diverse backgrounds. We offer a $2500 Signing bonus included for our FT therapists

    • We are owned and operated by a therapist, not a tech company.
    • We are not a patient mill and curate the therapist-client match.
    • We don't put "non-compete" clauses in our contracts.
    • We partner with therapists to build their own successful practices.
    • In-person, hybrid or tele-health options.

    We have offices located in California, Colorado, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington DC.     Requirements:

    Must hold a valid license as one of the following:

    • Licensed Marriage and Family Counselor (LMFT)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD)

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Warmth and ability to connect and develop therapeutic relationships.
    • Able to maintain a confidential telehealth session with appropriate technology.
    • Committed to professional development and ongoing learning.
    • Private practice minded: independent and flexible, with excellent customer service.
