    Description


    Job SummaryInspect, test, repair, maintain, and service aircraft using test equipment and hand tools, as needed, to return aircraft to service per FAA and manufacturers specifications.


    Shifts include Monday through Friday (five 8 hour shifts) OR Friday/Saturday/Sunday (three 12 hour shifts) Duties & ResponsibilitiesPerforms routine maintenance and inspections on corporate aircraftEnsures proper care of customer property at all phases of maintenance workAccurate completion of required paperwork and work order details in Corridor computer systemContinually keeps clean and organized work area including personal tool boxParticipates in on call program and all training required to be part of the programQualifications & Job RequirementsMust have Airframe & Powerplant Certifications to be consideredAble to complete assigned tasks within the allotted amount of timeAble to work overtime as needed, evenings and weekendsAble to work independently and as part of a teamGood problem-solving skills and ability to follow directionsOrganized and detail orientedEffective oral and written communication skillsPositive attitude, professional appearance and demeanorBasic sheet metal skills and/or basic electrical capabilities considered a plusOther PrerequisitesPass pre-employment drug screen and background checkAbility to obtain Airport Issued security badge Work Environment & Physical RequirementsWork is performed in an aircraft hangar environment with moderate noise level.

    The employee is frequently subject to inside environmental conditions, which provide protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.

    Must have the ability for climbing and bending at the waist, crawling, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, and working at heights; Reaching overhead above the shoulders and horizontally.
