To strengthen our team in the field of Statistics & Biometrics at our Berlin location, we are currently seeking a Statistical Programmer (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time.


Responsibilities:

  • Creation of statistical analysis plans (SAP)
  • Conducting statistical analyses using common statistical packages, extensive programming, especially adapting the layout of statistical results to templates from various sponsors, and proficient use of interfaces to MS Office products
  • Support in the development of study designs, analysis methods, and sample size calculations
  • Collaboration on companywide projects within the IGES group

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Psychology, Biometrics/Biostatistics, Analytical Epidemiology, or Natural Sciences with additional qualification in Statistics or equivalent education
  • Professional experience in statistical programming or statistics, e.g. in clinical research or a pharmaceutical company
  • Excellent knowledge of at least one programming language (SAS, SPSS, R, Python), solid understanding of statistical methods, and proficient use of MS Office
  • Problemsolving skills,
