At Körperbehinderten Allgäu, a facility for people with disabilities, approximately 470 employees work together with 1,300 disabled individuals and their families to develop perspectives for self-determined lifestyles throughout the Allgäu region. Through our daily work and targeted public appearances, we strive for inclusion and a change in consciousness.

Your future tasks

You assist physically and severely multiply disabled individuals living in a special residential setting and provide them with guidance. You use your specialized knowledge from healthcare in a holistic manner.
You provide the designated pedagogical support services according to the help and support planning.
You accompany individuals in their daily lives, but also plan and carry out leisure activities with them.
You support and promote individuals according to their needs, taking into account their individual wishes, habits, and self-determination.
