- Assist with financial analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Support day-to-day finance operations, including funding adjustments, processing locked loans, researching loan level issues and resolving
- Validation of total wire amount, including a review of escrow balances, loan amortization & appropriate principal balance, confirmation of the calculations for interest and premium, servicing data
- Monitor shared e-mail inbox and telephone queues providing professional response(s) for incoming inquiries from both internal and external sources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects as assigned.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's in finance, accounting, economics, or related field. (Junior or Senior)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful insights.
- Microsoft Excel (intermediate level) and other financial software/tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or coursework related to finance is a plus.
