Training as a Commercial Clerk for Office Management (m/f/d) in Fayette

We are offering a training program in office management starting in September, where you will quickly take on responsibility and handle your own tasks. You will gain insights into various areas such as personnel, finance, brewery coordination, and sales support.

Your future responsibilities
  • Learning office management tasks
  • Focus on personnel: creating job postings, contracts, certificates, and references, scheduling interviews and feedback discussions, assisting with evaluations and applications
  • Focus on finance: processing incoming and outgoing invoices in our ERP system Oracle Netsuite, creating reminders, assisting with monthly closings and evaluations
  • Focus on brewery coordination: supporting the procurement of goods for the brewery, assisting with planning and organizing production
  • Focus on sales support: creating offers, processing and following up on orders, handling complaints and reminders
Your profile
  • High school diploma or equivalent with a good final grade
  • First experience with Word, Excel, Google Drive, and Sheets
  • Quick comprehension, initiative, and teamwork skills
  • Fluent in German and very good English skills
