    · Working in a call center environment

    · Taking inbound calls/placing outbound calls regarding transportation

    · Speaking with families to opt in/out for transportation

    · Providing details to families so they can make an informed decision that is best for their children

    · Entering data into database

    · Keeping a high level of data integrity regarding calls

    Requirements:

    · High School Diploma or equivalent required

    · 1+ years of call center experience or related experience

    · Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)

    · Strong computer aptitude

    · Strong communication skills
