Every year, we are looking for over 5,000 apprentices in 50 different professions who want to grow and improve with us.

We are currently seeking candidates for a 3-year apprenticeship as a Traffic Service Clerk (m/f/d) at DB InfraGO AG in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The vocational school is located in Munich.

What to expect in your apprenticeship:

  • You will assist and advise our customers at the DB Information desk and in the mobile service at train stations
  • You will gain knowledge about travel offers, services, and safety measures
  • You will learn how to use modern communication and sales systems
  • You will acquire important skills in customer consultation and support, marketing, and project management

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed (or will soon complete) school with at least a qualified secondary school leaving certificate
  • Your German language skills are at least at level B2
  • You have good knowledge of foreign languages
  • You value customer and service orientation
  • You can remain calm and keep an overview even in difficult situations
  • You are responsible, reliable, flexible, and mobile
