For our client, one of the top providers in personnel services, we are currently seeking a Recruiter (m/f/d) for a permanent internal position in Vann Crossroads, NC.


Responsibilities:

  • Managing all recruiting measures from applicant selection and conducting interviews to hiring employees
  • Expanding the candidate network and maintaining candidate contacts
  • Collaborating with the employment agency, job centers, and educational institutions
  • Creating individual and informative candidate profiles for clients
  • Advising and supporting clients with their personnel matters
  • Providing equal support to employees and responsible for the efficient scheduling of employees and reliable planning of client assignments

Qualifications:

  • Completed training in a commercial or technical field
  • Professional experience in the personnel services industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office and L1 Landwehr
  • Driver's license class B (not mandatory)
