- Manages the companys benefits programs, including strategy, administration, and partnering with benefits brokers and vendors.
- Provides support and guidance to colleagues when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances.
- Works closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy with the internal payroll process.
- Manage HR Benefits and Payroll portals, updating when necessary
- Leading Open Enrollment prep and execution
- Aids in talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Helps shape the culture of the office, including DEIB programming, internship development, and other initiatives that will continue to evolve.

- Ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.
- Financial or Pharmaceutical professional background is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- A minimum of five years of Human Resources experience preferred
- Must be comfortable with being present in office.
