About us:

Welcome to Rappelkiste e.V. As a family-run daycare center in the heart of Vorderer Westen in Kassel, we lovingly care for 24 children aged 9 months to 3 years. Our needs-based approach and a dedicated team of four to five pedagogical specialists per group create a warm and loving environment for the little ones.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and organizing the daycare operations in close collaboration with the board
  • Ensuring needs-based care and development for the children
  • Coordinating and supervising the pedagogical team, as well as working closely with interns
  • Developing and implementing innovative ideas for the pedagogical work

Your profile:
