Are you interested in supporting our PMO team in various aspects of a global ERP transformation project? Do you want to gain insights into project management practices and contribute to the success of a significant global initiative? Then you've come to the right place. We are currently looking for an intern / working student in the PMO department (m/f/d) to join our team.

Creating fascination: Your tasks

  • Assisting in the creation of project documents, reports, and presentations
  • Supporting the coordination and scheduling of meetings and workshops of all kinds
  • Assisting in the maintenance of project management tools and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
  • Participating in project workshops and trainings to gain a deeper understanding of ERP systems and project management processes
  • Contributing to the development of project communication materials
  • Providing administrative support to the PMO team as needed
  • Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding of project participants

Bringing strengths: Your qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field with IT affinity
  • Good knowledge of common office applications, ideally also of Atlassian tools (
