- Responsible for the maintenance and support services to users of various systems. The duties include building and maintenance of GPO's and other tasks related to AD. Responsible for maintenance of ACAS and EPO servers
- Responsible for creating packages/scripts and deploying with MECM
- Assist in training for all departments for overlap support and any cross-department end-user training
- Assist in performing root cause analysis and resolve faults and errors in systems
- Assist in developing recommendations for enhancing approaches for software support services
- Ensure adherence to IT infrastructure standards, policies, and procedures
- Update works instruction documentation and standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with vendors in the research, development, and implementation of various technologies
- Troubleshoot and resolve daily support tickets including end-user support via phone, email, and remote control
- Ensure assigned operating systems and applications are compliant with all applicable Department of Defense (DoD) directives and guidelines, including Defense Information System Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) and Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) bulletins

Full-Time Salary Range: $ $105120
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
