    Technical Support Representative

    Technical Support Representative position focuses on solving customer inquiries associated to our fuel pump, fuel transfer and access control fuel management equipment received by phone and emails. This position also includes processing claims and evaluating products for warranty replacement and return to stock. Coordination with other departments is a common day-to-day activity. Job also includes collateral duties as Secondary Internal IT and Secondary Returns Coordinator(s).

    The applicant will be expected to work Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm. Overtime may be available. Acceptable dress is business casual. Applicant must have a reliable source of transportation to and from work. Informational resources for the company can be found at

    Essential Functions

    · Applies systems analysis techniques and procedures and consults with customers to determine hardware/software problems.

    · Troubleshooting techniques with emphasis in problem solving and multitasking abilities

    · Partners with the customers' IT support personnel in resolution of issues.

    · Log all calls and customer requests, in our case tracking software.

    · Provides services and helps resolve computing problems.

    · Assists with Warranty Claim and Product Return Process

    · Tests, modifies and trains other employees regarding newly developed products.

    · Receives requests for computer technical assistance and problem resolution from company employees.

    · Participates, as required, in the manufacturer's training of newly developed products.

    Knowledge

    · Technical Capacity.

    · Thorough knowledge of desktop and business/technical support systems.

    · Three years of experience in computer technology or computer services.

    · SAP / Salesforce knowledge is preferred.

    · Electrical / Electronic basic knowledge is required.

    · Customer Service experience with exceptional phone etiquette in English is required.
