Your responsibilities:


  • You will be responsible for finding and recruiting candidates for open positions at client companies
  • You will also handle the applicant management process, from formulating and publishing job advertisements to signing employment contracts and filling open positions

Your qualifications:


  • Ideally, you have successfully completed training as a personnel service specialist or have a background in business, but we also welcome motivated and interested career changers
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • You have good comprehension and people skills, are highly flexible, and have strong organizational abilities
  • You enjoy making phone calls and are generally very communicative
  • You always remain friendly and calm under pressure
