Your job:


  • As a member of the central recruiting team, you ensure efficient applicant management
  • You define the requirements for each job offer with the departments and implement targeted recruiting strategies
  • You independently manage the entire recruiting process, from creating meaningful job postings to selecting suitable channels and preparing hiring decisions
  • For preselection of applicants, you compare application documents with predefined criteria, conduct telephone interviews, and coordinate job interviews
  • Through successful active sourcing, you also convince passive candidates
  • To continuously optimize and develop, you also work on projects in the field of personnel marketing, such as managing our social media channels or preparing for and following up on trade fair participation

Requirements:


  • You are passionate about recruiting and enjoy taking new and unconventional approaches
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or degree with a focus on personnel management or psychology
  • You have relevant experience
