Your responsibilities:

  • Planning and organizing hematooncological patient consultations for internal and external referrers
  • Coordination of diagnostic and therapeutic services in collaboration with the medical team
  • Collaboration and support in the training of medical assistants (currently 2 apprentice positions) together with the medical team of the Medical Clinic III and the nursing team
  • Participation in the creation of statistics regarding new inquiries and data analysis for the outpatient clinic
  • Coordination of team meetings and taking minutes

Our requirements:

  • Enjoyment and motivation to work in an interdisciplinary team
  • Empathetic handling of hematooncological or chronically ill patients
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), knowledge of SAP is desirable
  • Very good knowledge of German
  • Basic knowledge of English
