We are currently seeking a new addition to our dedicated team in Billingsley, AL. CBW is a leading educational institution in the field of vocational training. We provide our participants with current professional knowledge using the latest technologies for the job market. CBW offers challenging further education and retraining in business topics, IT training, language courses, and individual coaching.Your responsibilities:
- Support our training organization with daily tasks in the training secretariat
- General office duties, correspondence, appointment scheduling
- Initial contact by phone, compiling and sending information materials
- Processing emails, incoming and outgoing mail
- Support for participants/interested parties
- Creation of certificates and documents
- Management of participant files
- Independent organization of participant administration
- Maintenance of information materials
Your profile:
- Successfully completed commercial training, preferably also for beginners
- Professional experience in administrative work
- Confident and professional demeanor with a strong customer and service orientation
- Independent work style, quick comprehension, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong team spirit and organizational and communication skills
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
