Your responsibilities:

  • As a Sales Assistant / Customer Advisor (m/f/d), you will be the first competent point of contact for our customers in the specialty store and actively maintain our customer relationships
  • You have the organization of our specialty store under control and are responsible for calendar planning as well as ordering and inventory management
  • You provide administrative support to your colleagues and contribute to achieving our team's sales targets
  • You assist our audiologists with the preparation and followup of customer appointments
  • In addition to billing, you are responsible for communication with health insurance companies
  • You inspire our customers with our accessory items and explain their use

Your profile:

  • You have completed training as a medical assistant (m/f/d), salesperson (m/f/d), hotel specialist (m/f/d), restaurant specialist (m/f/d), flight attendant (m/f/d), or have several years of experience in the service sector
  • Your open communication style and organizational talent convince our customers
  • Flexibility, responsibility, and empathy are your strengths
