    What We're Searching For

    We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Human Resources professional with experience working with non-profit organization, to join our dynamic team at RallyX. As the HR Generalist for our non-profit businesses, you will play a crucial role in ensuring overall integrity of HR data and employee files, accurate and timely processing of payroll, benefits administration and time and labor questions for our employees. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and Payroll administration and be familiar with relevant regulations and best practices. Previous experience with a payroll implementation is a plus

    What You'll Do:
    • Fully manage and maintain employee records, including new hires, terminations, changes in salary, and benefits for our non-profit business segment.
    • Process payroll for our various organizations.
    • Assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues.
    • Process employee terminations as needed, ensure exit interviews are conducted and all paperwork is completed.
    • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations and reporting requirements.
    • Provide administrative support in leave administration, garnishments and Worker compensation.
    What You Need:
    • Must have experience in Human Resources within the non-profit sector.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in an HR role.
    • Proficiency in using and maintaining HR software. Experience with Paylocity is a plus
    • Ability to maintain professional boundaries with employees and respect employee confidentiality.
    • Strong attention to detail skills to ensure accuracy.
    • Must be able to organize and prioritize work, be proactive, and take initiative.
    • Comfortable simultaneously managing multiple priorities.
    • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees and managers.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
