    Human Resources Generalist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate closely with executives and staff to enhance work dynamics, boost morale, drive productivity, and enhance retention
    • Aid in designing and assessing the efficacy of job training programs
    • Conduct research on employee compensation and benefits
    • Establish and uphold HR policies as well as the employee handbook
    • Oversee labor law compliance, healthcare, and workers' compensation matters
    • Ensure that local regulations are aligned with national policies and laws
    • Work with plant leadership to identify HR and organizational implications and devise suitable solutions to cater to business needs and tackle root problems

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
    • Familiarity with employment and wage legislations
    • 5+ years of HR management experience
    • Recruiting, onboarding and terminations
    • Expertise in labor law
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems
    • Preferred experience in healthcare/health plan/TPA settings
    • SHRM certification
    • Knowledge of employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, and training and development
    • Recruitment and evaluation of employees
    • Thorough comprehension of organizational development, compensation, staffing, training, performance management, and employee/labor relations functions
    • Skilled in PC applications like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
