Description

To support our IT team, we are currently seeking an IT specialist (m/f/d) for the IT service and support department at the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, for Sport and Integration, located in the heart of Munich.

Our department works with the police and various specialized agencies, with a total of approximately employees, to serve the people of Bavaria.

Our ministry makes important decisions for the citizens of the Free State of Bavaria, with responsibilities including protecting and ensuring the safety of the state, promoting democracy and the rule of law, facilitating successful integration, and supporting sports.

Our goal and mission is to provide modern and efficient administration for the citizens.

Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive IT support for our devices, working in first and second level support (LuK hotline), incident and problem management, user administration, inventory and warehouse management, and creating and updating documentation.

Your qualifications:
Successfully completed IT-specific vocational training (e.g. IT specialist [m/f/d]), preferably with several years of relevant work experience.

For civil servants:
Qualification for the 2nd qualification level (preferably in the technical career path of natural sciences and technology, with a focus on administrative informatics) and several years of relevant work experience in IT support
