for a well-known client in Wiesbaden, I am looking for a PMO (m/f/d) for Litchfield Beach.
Responsibilities:
- Personnel and contract management
- General support for management
- Onboarding of new employees
- Recruiting
- Controlling
- Meeting minutes within the IT department
- Ticket and incident management, reporting
- File management, monitoring using existing tools
- Management of existing framework contracts
- Planning and coordination of tasks within the team using JIRA
- Point of contact in customer operations meetings
- Planning and preparation of meetings (internal departments/customers)
Requirements:
- Start: as soon as possible
- 18 months
- 30 days of vacation
- Approximately 50% remote work possible / Wiesbaden
- Temporary employment
