- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative and visually appealing design concepts for various projects, including but not limited to branding, marketing collateral, digital assets, and promotional materials
- Work closely with clients to understand their design needs, goals, and preferences. Present design concepts, gather feedback, and make revisions as necessary to meet client expectations
- Create designs for print, such as brochures, posters, direct mailers, and booth designs
- Design static and, website, landing pages, static and animated OOH, ads, ensuring a cohesive and consistent brand identity across different channels
- Ensure that all designs align with the clients' brand guidelines and Unleaded standards, maintaining a high level of brand consistency
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and project completion
- Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and best practices. Integrate new and emerging design trends into projects when appropriate
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-standard design software, including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- Years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong conceptual and creative thinking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Submission of a comprehensive portfolio demonstrating a strong command of design principles and a variety of design projects
