Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and maintain a sufficient understanding of Hart Energy, all of its products and clients necessary to support marketing and sales
- Help to organize and lead the visual conceptualization, design, coordination and production of corporate and business unit programs.
- With department direction, create and implement graphic initiatives and projects including concepts, illustrations, logos and layouts across various print and digital media.
- Select colors, fonts, images, and layouts.
- QA designs for errors and accuracy
- Implement feedback and changes as needed
- Proactively add to and contribute to the maintenance of a comprehensive marketing data base of graphic assets.
- Ensure all materials meet corporate visual and brand standards.
- Proactively proofread supplied materials for correctness.
- Interact with marketing and sales staff to track and coordinate graphic design efforts.
- Serve as a liaison with external production vendors and manage the company's relationship with these vendors in regards to project initiation, scheduling, completion, budget, evaluation and delivery.
- Manage workflow of graphic projects to include prioritization and tracking of activities and deadlines.
- Lead multiple projects while sharing work with other designers and collaborating with crossfunctional leadership.
- Lead design projects from concept to final execution, under tight deadlines which ensuring consistency with the brand.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BBA), in marketing, communications or business, from a fouryear college or university and a minimum of six years' experience in marketing communications or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least four years of experience managing digital, graphic and print projects.
- Proficient in all Adobe CS Applications.
- Energy industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Skilled in time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
