    Description

    The Executive Administrative Assistant under minimal supervision applies significant discretion and judgment in providing advanced administrative and project management support directly to and on behalf of the Administrator, Executive Team, and Servant Leadership Team in accordance with Providence philosophy, objectives, policies, procedures and standards.

    Hours:
    Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week

    Required qualifications:

    • 5 years of Progressive experience managing office administrative functions, projects, and/or liaison for executive level management.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • 1 year of experience in a medical setting with experience in medical terminology.
