  • Preparation and management of construction projects in the field of building construction
  • Preparation and involvement in subcontractor services
  • Organization, coordination, and supervision of turnkey finishing works
  • Close collaboration with authorities, specialist planners, architects, and experts
  • Ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards

PROFILE

  • Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience as a construction manager (m/f/d) is advantageous
  • Indepth knowledge of VOB, VOL, and HOAI regulations, as well as proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Willingness to work, assertiveness, and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Fluent in German, both written and spoken
