For our aerospace customer Lufthansa Technik AG, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team in Port Trevorton, PA as soon as possible on a temporary basis.

Your responsibilities:

  • Receive, coordinate and process customer inquiries for the assigned area (material, AOG, tools, technical support)
  • Perform purchase requisitions, contact calls and rebookings in SAP R/3 or own tools
  • Provide aftersales products to customers
  • Ensure communication between the customer and the corresponding organization (LHT-LTCSetc.)

Your qualifications:

  • Completed commercial or technical education
  • Relevant professional experience in the commercial or technical field
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
  • High level of service orientation and customer focus
  • Good analytical skills
  • Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts, Mon-Fri)
