Description
For our aerospace customer Lufthansa Technik AG, we are currently seeking a Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d) to join our team in Port Trevorton, PA as soon as possible on a temporary basis.
Your responsibilities:
- Receive, coordinate and process customer inquiries for the assigned area (material, AOG, tools, technical support)
- Perform purchase requisitions, contact calls and rebookings in SAP R/3 or own tools
- Provide aftersales products to customers
- Ensure communication between the customer and the corresponding organization (LHT-LTCSetc.)
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial or technical education
- Relevant professional experience in the commercial or technical field
- Good written and spoken English skills
- Good computer skills (MS Office, SAP)
- High level of service orientation and customer focus
- Good analytical skills
- Willingness to work in shifts (early and late shifts, Mon-Fri)
