    Position Overview:We are seeking a motivated and driven Junior Lead Generation Salesperson to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads, nurturing relationships, and generating sales opportunities across the western U.S.
    The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for sales.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead Generation:
    Proactively research and identify potential leads through various channels such as cold calling (50+ calls per day), email campaigns, social media, and networking events

    Qualification: Conduct initial outreach to prospects to assess their needs, qualify their interest, and determine their readiness to engage with our products or services

    Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with leads through ongoing communication and follow-up to understand their pain points and tailor solutions accordingly

    Pipeline Management: Manage and prioritize a pipeline of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and regular updates to relevant stakeholders

    Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and hand off qualified leads for further development and closure

    Data Management: Accurately record and maintain lead information and activity in the CRM system to track progress and measure effectiveness

    Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products or services

    Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred; or 1+ year(s) business or applicable experience in lieu of a degree.
    Proven history of success in lead generation, sales, or customer service roles.
    Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
    Excellent people skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
    Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    Results-driven mindset with a determination to meet and exceed sales targets.
    Proficiency in Salesforce software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    Willingness to learn and adapt to innovative technologies and sales techniques.
    Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
