    Description

    Chick-fil-A in Towson Town Mall is seeking a reliable Manager to manage the delivery operations.

    Job Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Oversee the speed, customer service, and accuracy of the Delivery Team.
    • Continuously reinvent processes and procedures with the aim of increasing efficiency, reducing waste, controlling food and paper costs, and improving the guest experience.
    • Dispatch orders throughout the day to ensure deliveries are on-time - this is the main responsibility of this role each day.
    • Oversee and lead the recovery of customers when issues or problems arise with order accuracy, late orders, and other issues that create a bad customer experience.
    • Provide and serve as an example of Second Mile Service
    • Continuously improve and ensure Operational Excellence
    • Coaching team members in proper procedures and customer relations
    • Ensure everyone is displaying a professional attitude at all times
    The Ideal Candidate Must:

    • Be courteous and polite: "please, excuse me" and "my pleasure" when interacting with guests.

    • Be someone who exhibits Second Mile Service - is genuine, proactive and personal with our guests.

    Requirements
    • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid drivers license for at least three years and a clean driving record.
    Company Information
    In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day. Whole lemons are freshly squeezed in our restaurants and combined with pure cane sugar and water (yep, that's all) to make Chick-fil-A Lemonade. It may not be the easy way, but it's the only way we know.
