Your responsibilities

Together with your team colleagues, you ensure a wellmaintained branch and a successful shopping experience for our customers
Whether it's stocking and presenting merchandise, baking, or operating the cash register: you roll up your sleeves and give it your all
You support the branch manager in their tasks by leading shifts, coordinating task distribution, and implementing our branch concepts
Additionally, you take on tasks such as inventory management, cleaning, and organizing the storage area

Your profile

Professional experience in retail or a similar industry, with (ideally) some first leadership experience, for example as a shift leader
Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for inspiring and motivating others
Fast and efficient work style
Reliability and willingness to work flexible shifts

Your benefits

Aboveaverage starting wage of €14.00/hour (even without a completed vocational training) plus vacation and Christmas bonuses
