We are looking for a
lawyer with a focus on civil law in the energy industry m/f/d in full-time or part-time (approx hours/week) to strengthen our team at our locations in
Berlin and Düsseldorf as soon as possible.


What you will do


You will handle a variety of tasks, mainly in the field of civil law, in a rapidly developing company group.


Specifically, your tasks will include:

  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and general terms and conditions for supplying our customers with electricity and gas, as well as for tenant electricity and neighborhood projects
  • Legal advice on energyrelated issues related to end customer supply
  • Legal advice on the Metering Point Operation Act, in particular the Smart Meter Rollout
  • Preparation of current legislative projects in the field of energy and consumer protection and accompanying work with relevant associations
  • Accompanying new legal topics and business areas, such as electromobility and charging stations

What you bring
After successfully completing a degree in law with a second state
